Registration Requirement: As per Vietnamese regulations, all guests must be registered in the TEMPORARY RESIDENCE REGISTRATION system. Please provide us with your passport and visa/entry stamp upon check-in. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared.

Towel Policy: We provide one towel per guest per day. Please avoid using towels to remove makeup, clean surfaces, or wipe up spills on the floor. Damaged or stained towels will incur a charge of VND 150,000 per towel.
